
Creamia LLC Policies
RETURN: Free returns and refunds within 10 business days if the seal of the product is intact and not used.
Also take into consideration that Creamia doesn’t offer refunds unless:
1. The customer cancels the order before it’s shipped.
2. If the shipping companies find your lost package and return it to us.
SHIPPING:
1. Shipping is free for customers within the mainland of the USA.
2. Shipping for Puerto Rico is not free, the fee charged is based on your order’s weight.
3. Shipping Times: Shipping times are determined by the UPS / USPS which are the main shipping companies we use, please check your tracking number received through the email you provided.
However, use the following list for an estimated delivery time based on all the orders we receive:
East coast: 2-3 days Central area: 3-4 days West coast: 3-5 days Puerto Rico: 5-10 days
-Shipping issues: Please avoid shipping delays or issues, this is the address order you should follow to avoid shipping delays and issues:

- Puerto Rico address must have the +4 zipcode, otherwise the USPS won’t recognize it. We will contact you if the address received doesn’t work.
- If you entered the wrong address email us immediately at customerservice@creamiallc.com or text us on 8043492460, wrong addresses can’t be fixed after the order is shipped.
The customer is responsible to contact the shipping company in their area to change the address or find their package.
-Lost or undelivered orders:
Please contact us to revise the situation and open a case with the shipping company. Creamia will provide all the information needed to the shipping company in order to help you find your package. Once your package is shipped only the shipping company is responsible for your package or items, not Creamia LLC.
